Keyera Rises; TD Securities Upgrades on Improving Outlook
(Bloomberg) -- KEY CN extended gains for a fifth day, rising as much as 3.2% to the highest since Oct. 26. TD Securities analyst Linda Ezergailis upgraded the stock to buy from neutral, PT C$46 from C$43.
- Updated estimates reflect the addition of Keylink and the Simonette Liquids Handling Expansion Project and "some acceleration of recovery" in the Gathering & Processing segment
- The new projects demonstrate the co’s. ability to seize on the benefits of a shift toward liquids-rich gas production and increasing natural gas liquids (NGL) volumes
- Views KEY as one of the "premier" natural gas midstream operators in Alberta
