Bank of Ireland Fined EU3.2 Million for Compliance Failures

(Bloomberg) -- Bank of Ireland fined by the Irish central bank for compliance failures in relation to anti-money laundering and terrorist financing laws.
  • Central bank reprimands lender for 12 breaches of the law, which the lender has admitted to, regulator said in an emailed statement.
  • Bank of Ireland breaches occurred from July 2010 and persisted, on average, for over three years, central bank says
