BofA Turns Neutral From Short on Front End of U.S. Curve

(Bloomberg) -- After this week’s FOMC meeting appeared to show most Fed officials expecting to raise rates again in December, odds of a hike topped 65%, “a level never reached this far ahead of an actual hike in this cycle,” BofA strategists Ralf Preusser and Shyam Rajan say in note.
  • Accordingly, Preusser and Rajan are “more neutral the front end of the curve,” but remain short the intermediate sectors
