(Bloomberg) -- Brazil’s lower house speaker Eduardo Cunha requested Supreme Court make ruling on his appeal that seeks to give him access to Car Wash testimony against him before the court makes a decision on whether criminal charges should proceed, according to Supreme Court press office.
