(Bloomberg) -- President Uhuru Kenyatta signs Supplementary Appropriation Act to release funds from Consolidated Fund for remaining part of financial year, his office says in emailed statement from capital, Nairobi.
  • Kenyatta also signs Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Amendment Bill 2017 stipulating that those failing to comply are liable to penalty not exceeding 5m shillings, corporate entities could pay as much as 25m shillings
