Spanish 10-Year Yield Closes Gap Formed on Catalonia Woes

(Bloomberg) -- Spanish 10-year yield has seen a retrenchment to its gap support area at 1.66%-1.64% which is required to hold for bulls to maintain control (see chart here).
  • Spain 10y yield now at 1.64% vs last weeks high of 1.805%
  • Last Monday’s breakout gap is currently providing yield support (1.66%-1.64%); below 1.60% required to reassert the downside focus in yield
  • Yield charted last Thursday an outside day lower against the 1.80% Fibonacci (click here for more)
