- Existing Homes 5.55m; range 5.3m to 5.8m (73 estimates)
- Existing Homes -2.46% m/m; range -6.85% to 1.93% (73 estimates)
- Sales rose to 5.69 million pace in January, highest since February 2007 and fifth increase in six months; inventories posted 20th consecutive year-over-year decline
- January sales "especially encouraging as buyers seemed to remain somewhat unfazed by the recent upturn in mortgage rates": NatWest Markets
