(Bloomberg) -- Anti-Money Laundering Council responded to DOJ request for additional information related to probe of illegal drug deals inside national jail after President Rodrigo Duterte’s rebuke for alleged failure to cooperate, Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre tells reporters in Manila.

• Aguirre says council gave documents that Justice Department had been requesting for more than a month at 4:30pm of Monday, less than 2 hours after Duterte called it out and central bank in his speech for “being hard to deal with”
