(Bloomberg) -- Bank revamps global capital markets leadership team following investment-banking team moves, head of global capital markets Jean-Francois Astier writes in memo seen by Bloomberg.

• Jill Schwartz to become global head of leveraged finance
  • Was previously global co-head of debt capital markets and risk solutions group
  • John Skrobe and Tom Blouin will report to Schwartz in new roles as Americas co- heads of leveraged finance
• Travis Barnes and Mark Lewellen to become global co-heads of debt capital markets and risk solutions group
• Barbara Mariniello to become Americas head of debt capital markets in addition to managing consumer, retail and health-care debt capital markets groups
• David Levin will be U.S. head of equity and equity-linked capital markets, reporting to Brian Reilly
• Justin D’Ercole and Peter Toal will become global co-heads of fixed-income syndicate
• Jonathan Brown, previously co- head of investment-grade syndicate, will take new job supporting financial resource management and corporate banking divisions
• NOTE: Barclays previously reshuffled global investment- banking team, Reuters reported May 11; bank seeks to hire 50 to 100 people for division, according to report
