- Was previously global co-head of debt capital markets and risk solutions group
- John Skrobe and Tom Blouin will report to Schwartz in new roles as Americas co- heads of leveraged finance
- Travis Barnes and Mark Lewellen to become global co-heads of debt capital markets and risk solutions group
- Barbara Mariniello to become Americas head of debt capital markets in addition to managing consumer, retail and health-care debt capital markets groups
- David Levin will be U.S. head of equity and equity-linked capital markets, reporting to Brian Reilly
- Justin D’Ercole and Peter Toal will become global co-heads of fixed-income syndicate
- Jonathan Brown, previously co- head of investment-grade syndicate, will take new job supporting financial resource management and corporate banking divisions
