(Bloomberg) -- U.S. must be constantly considering what levers of pressure to apply if other nations don’t cooperate in further isolating North Korea, Sigal Mandelker, nominee for Treasury undersecretary for terrorism and financial crimes, says at confirmation hearing in Washington.
